Does anyone know what this error message is about or how to fix it. It could also be a virus.

Any insight on this would be appreciated.

Thank you.

After some searching I found this--------
Associated with Cyber Trio and Warner troubleshooting software from G-Tek Technologies and pre-installed on some Packard Bell and NEC PCs.
As far as it''s function
Required if you don't want to experience lock-ups or error messages

Could you post the entire error message?

Follow that with a HijackThis log. Create a new folder. Download HijackThis and install it in this new folder. Run HJT. Do a Scan (do not do anything else!). The scan button will turn into a create log button. Create the log and copy/paste the log back to the Forum.

Hey thanks everyone who responded to my query.

I got this resolved.

Again, thank you all.

And, how did you resolve the problem?
Inquiring minds would like to know.

I'm actually embarrassed to say it cleared on its own and hasn't come back. I had just installed a new version of McAfee so perhaps it got rid of it. Really not sure but glad it's gone.

Sorry, nothing earth-shattering here.
