SAS Titles and Footers - centering one, not the other

I am trying to use PROC REPORT and have my TITLE lines centered and my FOOTNOTE lines left-justified.

I have used OPTIONS=CENTER at the beginning of the PROC REPORT step. It seems like this controls both the titles and footnotes.

Is there an easy way to tell SAS to center the titles BUT left justify the FOOTNOTES?

Any help that anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
