SARI certificate on IPBS (IP DECT) 1

First time programming IP DECT IPBS with 3300 ICP . I read lot of documentation. It says that I need SARI certificate, I called the Mitel order desk, and they told me (after four hours of searching) that the SARI certificate is Hardware!!. I am preparing a demo for an important customer for tomorrow
My question is: what it takes to activate an IP dect with one IPBS and four sets.

Hi there, SARI code is we believe a piece of paper, we managed to get Mitel UK to email us the 'code' from it once, when we too were in a rush.

If i am right the SARI code should be with the IPSB
So if you do not have it then you have a big problem
The SARI is the license and your PARK code for the phone's
