sar or glace quivalent command in AIX?

I'm new to the AIX environment, and I need to check the system state at certain interval (10 minutes) to see when it's saturated to take an appropriate actions.
Any help is appreciated.

AIX has a sar command, try man sar for more info.
Never heard of the glace command, what does it do?

Perhaps you mean glance, which I have heard of but never used! A quick search seems to indicate that it's a HP-UX native. Perhaps you could also consider topas and nmon.

I want to be good, is that not enough?
