SAR deactivation After Rebooting PBX

Hi all,
did anyone face the following problem:

I programmed the SAR Feature where it works fine, but when the PBX Cold Reboot the SAR feature will be deactivated until we set the time with the same value.

IS this a normal behavior or there is some futher active should be taken?
