Sapphire X1650 drivers

I am having issues with my new sapphire x1650 on xp. when i scroll down on a web page it jumbles up and takes forever. sometimes when i reboot it works and the majority of the time it doesn't. when i install the drivers that came on the disk xp won't even boot, it just restarts. anyone had this issue? if you need more details let me know. thanks!

It is clear that the graphics driver is not installing correctly for some reason.
The concern I have reading this thread, is the vast age difference between the AMD chipset MSI server board and the relatively new ATI X1650 graphics, personally I just think you have an incompatibility of new versa's old parts.
I know the MSI K7D Master has an AGP pro slot and I just think this much newer 8X AGP card is having issues.
