SAP Web Application Server 620 question

Hi,

I'm not a SAP developer, not do I know anything about SAP, but I've been asked to post a query here, as I'm an active member in other forums ;o)

We're running Web Application Server 620 (6.20?), and wish to turn off HTTP 1.1 support. Basically, we want the server to only server using the HTTP 1.0 protocol.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how?

Thanks in advance,
Dan

Here's the question, reworded by a more SAP-knowledgeable person:

On most industry leading web servers, you can configure the equivalent HTTP service to respond to either HTTP1.1 and/or HTTP1.0 requested in a preset way. For example you can configure Tomcat to only communicate with HTTP1.0.

We want the SAP J2EE Engine 6.20 (with its out of the box HTTP service), to only communicate with HTTP1.0. We are not using (and will not consider using) any other SAP software in front of the J2EE Engine 6.20 HTTP dispatcher service.

We have seen and tested the 'turn off HTTP keep-alive' function within the J2EE Engine 6.20, but this does not seem to have the desired effect of turning off HTTP1.1.

Thanks again for any help,
Dan
