SAP researcher needs help with Project Tracking info

Hi,

I am doing research on SAP--I have never used it before and am not very tech-savvy, so pardon the noob questions. I would GREATLY appreciate any help/advice you could provide. I need to know the following:
1. Requirements (rules/skills) for project tracking.
2. General information about setting up a new project in SAP.
3. Setting up a new project in SAP (sequential procedures from start to finish)

Again, ANYTHING you can provide me would be so appreciated.
