Sap Printing Problem

Hi
setup is Terminal server/Citrix 1.8.
i have published sap 4.6B . on Lan and wan SAP application is working fine.
From lan Priting is also working. But when end user from WAN tries to Print he gets the following error.

Error: Cannot open Output file:error no=13(permission denied) Error: Printer'__DEFAULT',file

open failed for file can not unlink file
Error:BG:printfile failed,msg=808 SAPLPD:windows Problem,siehe SAPLD


but i did check SAPLPD folder is having permissions and from Lan its printing fine. Only Problem is from WAN

can any body help me
