SAP GUI install on Terminl Server 2003

Hi All

I have installed SAP GUI 640 on our terminal server using installation mode.

I get these error messages when I try to run SAP "The resource DLL for bitmaps cannot be loaded" and "sapgui DLL initialization failed - check installation" Terminal server is running server 2003. I have tested on another 2003 server not running terminal services and it works fine.

Any ideas?
