SAP Future. How bright is it? Training?

For many decades, we have seen some technologies come and go. IBM developed many products for major Corporations, but some products are retiring. So IT pros need to adapt to the changing environment.
How about SAP? Your expert opinion will be very welcomed!

I am not expert. I am also concerned about its future. Unfortunatley they have made everything so complicated it is hard to create more consultant. they have very restrictive approach. I think that will be one of the root cause of thier failure
