SAP EDI return orders

Currently we are processing inbound purchase orders with the ORDERS05 idoc to create sales orders in SAP using a an order type ZEDI (copy from OR). We would like to create return orders (ZRET copy from RE) in the same but with reference to the orignal order. Anyone with any tips from the SD config or EDI techinical perspective?
