SAP database Reorg - How to group tables??

Can anyone give me a good strategy for reorganizing an SAP database (Oracle) and grouping tables into new tablespaces?

I am already planning the "uniform extent" approach endorsed by Oracle (Whitepaper #711), but any thoughts on grouping tables by function or application? And, if so, what should be the groupings?

to find out whether it's senseful to reorganize the tables in new tablespaces : what harddrive-system are you using ?
raid ? harddrive access could be already heuristically optimized and no manual reorg would make sense...
