SAP BC Routing Rules; Transport: B2B Service

Hi !
I lost my option "Routing Rules" from the Main Menu SAP BC but the worst problem for me is: In the this screen: "Routing > Routing Rules > Edit Routing Rule" and this section:

"Transport:"
>Xml
>FTP OutBound Service
>Email Outbound

I lost the transport "B2B Service".

Could you help How to fix that ?
