Further Clarification:
We maintain personal data of employees in SAP HCM System. We create user accounts for people who use SAP application for automation.
Example: John and HR Team would have SAP user license to log in to SAP application. They will maintain HR Master Data in SAP and SAP would interact with all legacies like Active Directory, Outlook, etc.
