SAP 4.6c Installation problem?

hi,
i am tring to install sap 4.6 c in windows 2000 server.
i got the following error.Can anyone help me in this regard?

Possible cause:
- operating system has inconsistent group information
- group already exists but group identification is not identical
- probably the group information is under administration of
Network Information Service
- permission denied (in standard case only the operating system
administrator is allowed to add groups)
For error localization you can do the following:
- check operating system group information for consistance
- check if NIS is in use for group entries
Possible solutions:
- create/modify the group manually with operating system tools
- remove existing group and let the program create the group
- turn off NIS and restart the program
