SAP 4.6 B installation Error help needed

hi,
i tried to install SAP 4.6B.when it comes upto 72% i got the following error message.could anybody suggest how to solve this problem?

You should take a look at the files specified in the log :
SAP*log and EX*log. Look at the most recent of these files.
