Sanyo SCP-4900 cellphone as USB modem

Click on "Wireless" at left on .
I have installed the Win9x USB drivers for this cellphone. The Sanyo USB phone appears on my list of modems with identifier "USB\PINKPANTHER". I can set up a DUN connection or Hyperterminal link to the Sanyo USB phone, but it will not dial nor respond to the computer in any way.

Please help so I can disconnect my land line.
