Hi all,
I'm an italian h/w technician and new to this forum. I have a question regarding a problem I caused to a customer of my company. I had to replace a failed disk on a storagetek B280. Because of my carelessness I removed the disk above the failed one.... And the second mistake probably was to reinsert the disk inside the storage immediately. So the spare was not involved (or probably it was but did not start the copy) and now I have an anomalous situation in santricity: the volume is degraded and the spare in not involved.
Which is the correct action to perform? I always have worked on HP machine and don't know Storagetek products.
Hoping to receive an helping hand....
Thanks to all

Andrea
