san_test.tmp ? what file is that

I found the file san_test.tmp in the root of my C:\ , anyone know what file that is, and if can be deleted?

I have the same file in the root of E:\. It's size is 511mB, hidden and archive attributes. What is it?
BTW, running WinXP Pro.
I really want to delete this thing.

Do either of you used the Sisoft Sandra utility? I believe this is a remant of the last time you used it.
