SAN switch 2/16 EL

Hi!

I have been unable to locate anywhere on HP/Compaq's site any information regarding troubleshooting port errors on the 2/16 EL, or any fiber switch for that matter.

Does anyone know of a good source to find such information? For example, I see loss of sync, loss of signal and Encd errs outside frames, but could not find any information on what would cause these errors and how to prevent them.

Thanks a bunch.
