SAN 2 SAN replication, how ? 1

I have two identical Maxtor windows based 2Tb NAS's. I would like to provide file replication across them to provide protection against downtime should one of them go pop. I have looked into several programs such a Veritas Storage replicator but can't find anything about it working with SAN's and their sales people were far from knowledgable.

Any help one of you brainy people out there can give me on good products that will do this would be more than greatly received.

Veritas Storage Replicator will do the trick. SAN is just a connectivity piece of the equation. To your system it looks and acts like locally attached storage. You can also look into using Double-Take or DataCore. Below are the links.
