We have taken over the maintenance for a company that have several sites. The previous system maintainer and said they will no longer maintain Samsung as they have moved out the UK and are refusing default the password or give us a back up. This will mean we will have to go to each site a default the systems. I used to know a back door on Ver4.8 firmware but this does not work on Ver5.03 Can anyone help please?
