samsung srp270 kitchen printer possessed

aloha 6.2 quickservice...when i go to print a receipt for the kitchen, the printer proceeds to print multiple copies and is not printing modifiers for that order....any help is appreciated!

its the only kitchen printer in the print group

check the modifiers items if it's routed to a printer group or not
