Samsung Prostar DCS hot swap question

Can you remove a DID card in this system while the system is still live? It seems to be failing as 2 of the 4 ports are only functioning. System took a power hit and had to be completely reprogrammed.
Hate to shut the system down as the damn power supply seems to blow out every time I do so.
Thanks for any info and help!

I think that looks like the UK DCS (no prostar) system. In which case, no. The hot swappable systems are the Officeserv 7000 series with blue writing on the system and cards.
