Samsung OS7200 Voicemail problem. Recording can not be made at this time.

I have a customer with a Samsung OS7200 and he brought his system down to replace a battery. Upon starting it back up the AA didn't come back on so he removed the media card and reinserted it and the light came on and Voicemail (mostly) returned. He can access his old messages and if I try and leave him or any extension a message, his greeting comes on and then I get, Recording can not be made at this time... Any help is appreciated.
