Samsung OS7100 can't access

Helping out a friend. Service his Partner system he just brought a new business that has a Samsung OS7100 just added two phones exts # 207 and 208 when I press the line buttons I get 701-704 can't access, since he is on bad terms with the installations company I need to know how to open up the phones without using passwords. If I need password I will trade for it

if you do a trsf 107 on the phone, you should be able to change the line numbers to the active ones if they are programmed as dt keys
