Samsung OS 7200 8 DLI card reverts to ver screen

Hi, has anybody experienced an issue where the phones connected to an 8 DLI card reverts back to the ver screen after about a day? resetting the card or the system brings the phones back up but after several hours, maybe even a day, the phones revert to the ver screen and has to be reset again.
I have a 16 DLI card also installed and is working fine as is the rest of the system.

I have heard of something similar, the engineer took a download, defaulted the system, and then sent the config back in, and it seemed to sort it out.
