Samsung Officeserv 7400 Operator position change

No training on this platform so the answer may be looking me in the face.

We're trying to change the extension that 0 sends calls too. When we dial 0 it sends calls to 5002 which seems to be a call plan rather than an extension.

The extension we need calls to go to is in place and working fine when dialed directly (x3999).

So far we've been unable to locate anywhere in the GUI frontend that we can assign where 0 routes to.
