Samsung OfficeServ 7400 - Online Extensions

Hello,

I hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy. New to Tek-tips and Samsung OfficeServ 7400. I am looking to add additional extensions in a department and I am wondering how I can see extensions that are in use or have a physical phone connect to them.

We have a number of extensions that are in use and very few that are not. Just looking to see if there is a way that I can validate an extension is not in use by the system.

It won't work for analogue extensions, but if you are using OSDM, you can look in connection status in 6. something or, if usin g the handset in mmc 108 you can see the connection state.
