This system is at a call center and they record every call. They are then converted from vm to email. Some of the voicemails are sending notification to email but nothing is recorded. It is happening on only about 5 -10 calls a day. We thought it might have to do with the length of the recording, but extending the recording time did not make a change. Any ideas? It is an SVMI20-E

The svmi is not a call recording device it was never designed to do this you are running out of VM ports
