Hi to all! I have a question about the overflow function of the 'station group' programming menu.

for example:
station group 502, normal, ring uncondition, owns 2 extensions, 302 and 303, overflow 15 seconds, destination: extension 304

when overflow time has gone, 304 starts to ring but 302 and 303 never stops. On the older DCS systems by Samsung, the call was really diverted from the station group 502 to the extension 304 but on the officeserv seems to work differently.

Is there any kind of programmation to make the extensions of the group 502 stops to ring when the call goes to the extension 304?

that is the way they've made it work. you could overflow the call to voicemail and then transfer it back to the overflow group
