Samsung Officeserv 7100 Voicemail Timestamp Timezone

Does anyone know how to set the timestamp of the voicemail system to something other then UTC. Currently our phones display the correct local time but when listing to a voicemail the timestamp is always spoken in UTC which subtracting 6 has become tom much of a burden for my users. I can't seem to be able to find how to change the timezone for the usermail box or the voicemail system. Any Ideas?

Hi Andy,

Check in the Voicemail to email settings. Where you set the SMTP settings, there is a drop down arrow where you can set the offset for your timestamp. Hope this helps.
