Samsung Officeserv 7030 virtual slt issue

Hey guys of the forum, i have a problem with 3 slt on a Officeserv 7030. In the Office i have installed an Officeserv 7030 master cabinet with another officeserv slave cabinet.
The problem is that i have 3 slt in the slave cabinet that can't get co line access, i have created 3 new virtual slt on the master cabinet, so that the slt with problems can call through the virtual slt to get co line access, the problem is it isn't working at all.

Try POWER OFF (not just restart) BOTH Cabinets and try again.

This is a known issue with early OS7030 2 cabinet configurations. Was fixed with a CPLD upgrade and software upgrade.
