Dear Experts,
In our small office we've Samsung OfficeServ 7030 PABX.
It was working perfectly but don't know what happened and it stopped working. The incoming/main lines are OKay ( I check with telephone-set directly)
I Restarted by Power and also checked by removing all the cables and checked one by one.
Can anyone please tell me the common reasons and steps to troubleshoot?
( I am Desktop Supp Technician and don't have much knowledge about PABX Systems)
