I was trying to connect Samsung Office Serve 7400 with Nortel BCM 50 IPPBX which is connected by VPN
Site –to-site
And these are the steps from Samsung side
1:configure the LAN from system Selection tab as 172.16.4.25 ipv4 dual
2:configure the MGI card ip as 172.16.4.26 same gateway ip address as LAN and the its type is
Private only , its local RTP port is 30000 , Public ip address is 0.0.0.0
3:then take an available trunk group number *799 from numbering plan
4:under the trunk group number *799 change the group type to SIP and mode to sequential , the add
The MGI group numbers *800 *801 *802 …….etc
5:in networking <system linked id assign to my self self id as 097 , then the ip address 172.16.4.25
And the codec is G711u
6:then add the ip address of Nortel BCM 50 as 10.10.10.6 and give it system id 096 and the same codec
G711 u
7:then in outgoing LCR<Routing digits LCR digit: 096 length :6 route table 1
8:add *799 to rote table 1
9:the voip trunk from BCM 50 side can dial without any problems(create it as sip trunk, 5060 port, to 172.17.4.25 ip address) but there is problem
Appeared which is on-way voice issue I can hear the destination side and he couldn’t hear me
Also Samsung can not dial me .
When trying to capture the traffic by wire shark if found the UDP traffic was from the 172.17.4.26
Which is the MGI card ip address iam not professional in Samsung office serve 7400 ,so if there any way
To solve this issue please advice
