Samsung ITP-5014D Software Upgrade. 1

Hello,

I have one Samsung ITP-5014D, which gives the following message upon boot:-

ERROR *FAIL TO LOAD*

Please update software

I could do with knowing how to upgrade this software and where I can I source said software from?

Not entirely sure, it's been with a customer and has just come back in.
I'm going to say yes, but wouldn't want to bet my life on it.

Sounds like the Samsung was upgraded and now the sets may need upgrading.

Usually this is done via TFTP server.

And search 5014 (PDF search not page search)
