hi guys

I changed two of my pabx password on the installaion tool and forgot the I know you do it at 2.1.7 connect user profile i know mmc 801 you can change the tech password but i have that would clearing the memory work for this what can i do

If you can still get into programming via the handset then you can do the password override. This is for system programmers only (but is easilly found via Google(look for the one where you reset the date and time to all 1`s)). If you can connect via IT tool,would it not be simpler to just upload the backup you took before the changes? then you will only lose the changes you made after that. I would also recommend writing down passwords somewhere so this situation doesnt arise again.
