Samsung iDCS100

Have an iDCS100 with PCMD, MISC 3, 2 8DLIs, 1 6TRK, 1 204SLI and 1 SVMi4.
System has two issues.
1. 204 card does not accept DTMF, but does accept dial pulse.
2. Caller ID when reviewed give an incorrect date time for the call. System time is correct and voice mail gives correct date time when listening to messages.

Change PCMD, MISC 3, and 204SLI.

Defaulted system and reprogrammed manually (not download/upload).

These two issues continue.

Any suggestions? I have NOT changed the expansion cabinet, which houses the 204SLI.
