Samsung DCS help !!

Another system I inherited that suffered a complete memory loss today.... I have some of it back up and running but need help


Their Cadence VM seems to need some type of hunting and association to the voice system..... If you hit the message button on the phones it gets a busy signal.

They have DID's that are available on an out call button. I am not sure how to point the numbers to the correct sets

There seems to be a series of extensions that are out..... when you call them it system is stating the trunks are out of service.

That's an old one then, The mmc for ddi's is 714. It sounds like it's probably a PSU problem, the old samsungs were a bit prone to that. I'm afraid I can't help you on the cadence as that had been and gone before I started on Samsungs, but the hunt group (mmc 601) with the voicemail ports in it will need to have the group type set to cadence.
