Samsung DCS 50si, Phone receiver reads, "System Alarm !"

Message on phone receiver reads "System Alarm !" Only a handful of phones show this message. Other phones are not effected. We are working around the problem, but wondering how to correct it. We have determined it is not the actual phone receiver, it is the data line causing the problem.
Please help!
