Samsung Cadence VM Night mode AA welcome greeting stopped playing

hello. AA welcome greeting (02) stopped playing after second change from day mode. It worked fine for a day or two before that after a full factory reset, etc. Now it just rings the the operator group, even if Day Transfer is enabled for that group's mailbox including supervised and blind transfers, then AA returns "invalid response" after NA from the rings when it should dump straight to mailbox.

Anyone encounter anything like this before. Corrupted file perhaps? Everything else seems to be ok.
