We have a 7200s using SIP trunks, recently upgraded the software from 4.75 to 4.91 and the customer claims that the prompts have been wiped out. They had already re-recorded them before I had a chance to get in there and find out for sure. Is it common to lose system prompts when upgrading a 7200s from 4.75 to 4.91, or any greetings in the voicemail for that matter?
Mobex. This issue is on both software versions. (4.75 and 4.91) When an executive mobex user calls in to the system and makes an outgoing call, the call drops after 15 minutes.
we have wireshark captures, the captures show that the carrier is sending re-invites and the PBX is not responding, therefore the carrier terminates the call. Any ideas would be appreciated.
