Hello all. I installed an expansion card for 8 more keysets, no problem with the programming...BUT I am unable to set them up to automatically grab the ringing co when they lift the handset. I set it up for ring preference in admin, but that doesn't work. I'm sure I'm overlooking something simple, but what? Any help is greatly appreciated as always.

Make sure that the phones are programmed to ring on incoming calls. Program 406,601.
