Sample help Desk Application

I have found in several areas, that there is supposed to be sample applications for Exchange 2000. The Help Desk application in particular. Does anyone know where I can find this? Or anything similar...

I am trying to develop a Help Desk system here and I am not having much luck.

The best thing to use for that is the Great Plain Customer Relationship Manager which links to Exchange. Else, I would use SharePoint Server instead, but it would not give you the all the capabilities of the previous mentioned software.
