How do I set up Northwind for SQL server and Access? Is it a different download?

The SQL Server Pubs and Northwind databases are installed by default when installing SQL Server. If they've been dropped, you can recreate them with scripts in the Install directory of the setup CD.

Northwind - instnwnd.sql
Pubs - instpubs.sql

Once you get the sample DBs on the server, start a new Access Data Project. It'll prompt you for the server name, username and password, then allow you to choose which DB you want to attach to in the SQL server.
