Sample Data in Fileds in Layout Mode

I have done this in the past but cannot remember, nor find how to do this. I want the fields on my layouts to show sample data rather than the names of the fields. I know it is a checkbox somewhere but I can't seem to locate it.

Does anyone know the magic button to make this happen?

That was of course supposed to be
"Sample Data in Fields in Layout Mode

Layout -> View -> Show -> Sample data

should do the trick.....
