sample computation of a resell bandwidth!

hi guys,

i need ur help on bandwidth reselleing issue, my company is an isp and planning to buy 4 framerelay E1 connection to resell to our clients with features below:
64 kbps bursting 128 kbps
128 kbps bursting 256 kbps and etc...

my problem is.. how to compute for the price of 64kbps to resell to our clients..take note my example..assuming that we purchased an E1 connection at $1000
backhaul from telco to our place for E1 connection at $150...
how can i get the price per 64kbps? pls help .....
