Same table, different select statement

I have a table that is populated using a specific 'select' statement that produces four records. This is correct. I need to repopulate the same table with new records based on results of a different 'select' statements chosen according to which table row window value is selected (DblClick ?). Or, I need to launch a diferent ASP based on which window value is selected; with a select statement that fulfills that specific requirement.
