I am using Access 97. I have created a program and some reports for someone to use. However, I am having problems with one report. The report is taking the records that need to be displayed in it and showing them multiple times. Every time I run the report, it adds shows the record 1 more time than the time before. (ex: the date of one record that should show will display once the first time I run the report, twice the second time, three times the third time, etc, etc, etc.). It is not however duplicating the record in the underlying table. I have tried creating the report from scratch again but it happened again. It is the only report doing this and there are several other reports using the same table (just showing things in a different format based on the users need). HELP!!
